Refund and Cancelation

We at Modified online cater to all the needs of our customers with our exceptional customer care policies. If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help. We offer a 3-day return policy for all products* (T&C applied).

This is how the return policy works for Modified online products.

You can cancel the order to us for a refund of the original payment made or return the order for a replacement.

1) Refund

A refund shall be issued at the time of the cancellation of the order. Cancellation of an order is only possible up until the order is being procced. And the cancellation of the order is not allowed once the order is shipped which is usually after 12hrs after placing the order.

2) Replacement

Once the order is returned, the customer is entitled to a replacement. Replacement shall be issued on the intimation of return of order to our team or at the time of delivery of the original order to the specified return address, which will be provided by the customer care person of our team at the time of communication of return with proof of defect is made via info@lcmvia.in

Return is only allowed on complaints of certain T&C mentioned as Condition for Return as follows.

Conditions for Return.

• Return is only allowed for 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
• Return is applicable for all product except for product mentioned as non-returnable or product which are on the exception list for replacement. Shipping fees for the return is expected to be paid by the customer himself.
• T-shirt being returned due to size difference is only allowed if the size is different from the ordered size which is mentioned in the invoice for that particular product.

3) Condition for a valid return;

• If the product is damaged from the factory due to a manufacturing defect.
• Broken or damaged print on any products due to manufacturing defects.
